Sorry about not posting here in a while, but its for good reason. I have HUGE suprises for you for 2007 from Baseball Training Secrets.com.
Now, I'm not going to let the cat out of the bag yet, but I can promise you that you will be happy!
I hope your off-season training program is going great. If you've been slacking it's certainly not to late to get going and have your best baseball season of your career!
Just one piece of advice: make sure you are training like an athlete, not a bodybuilder. Perform athletic-based movements such as tumbling, hurdles, dynamic warm-ups, reactive strength-based weight sessions, baseball core movements from Unbreakable Abs and certainly be sure to stretch for at least 10 minutes after each training session.
