Bar Speed Baby!
Most of you are into full swing in your off-season baseball training programs. Just a reminder to move that bar as fast as your can UNDER CONTROL on each and every rep.
This is how superior bat speed, arm speed and running speed are developed. Of course you work up to tremendous bar speed and the key is to do it in a relaxed and controlled fashion, but to anyone watching you workout their jaw should hit the floor because you are moving that bar lightning fast!

Don't Buy My Baseball Products This Weekend!
DO NOT buy any of my baseball products this weekend...
I know, I know you must think I've lost my mind, but let me explain
real quick why I have your best interest in mind with this quick
email...
On Tuesday, Nov. 15th I am going to have my first ever sale. That's
right, I am actually going to do a sale! Sure, I've dropped
shipping charges and even given away DVD's in the past. But this
is much, much different.
I have put together three killer Holiday Packages that are sure to
have top billing on Holiday gift lists all around the world.
Since you are a very valued blog reader I didn't want you
to purchase some products this weekend and then be very upset (and
rightfully so) that I announced a sale on Tuesday.
So rest up and get ready for Tuesday morning because I will only be
able to let a limited amount of packages go at such low prices.
Just to be sure you have ample reading material this weekend, here
is the link to my articles page...

Enjoy your weekend!
Best,
Jon Doyle
P.S. Again, don't buy any of my products this weekend! Instead

I'm Back...
Sorry I have not posted in close to a week. I have been traveling around the US working with a variety of different Pro's.
Over the next few weeks I will continue my travels...but don't worry I will still provide you with the great baseball training info you expect!
Of course the Pro's bring me down so they can learn some of my secrets. But one thing I alwasy learn from these guys is how deciated to their craft they are. Sure they were born with tremendous skills. However, they are never satisfied. They always try to improve. No matter how great of a season they just had.
They know this is a very humbling game. If you disrespect it by getting lazy, it will remind you very quickly!
So let me leave you with a quote that was said to me this past weekend... "Amateurs practice until they get it right, Pro's practice 'till they can can;t get it wrong."
